I am telling this about the 2nd chapter as per my experience. I read it 3 years ago, so if I am wrong, please comment. This chapter focuses on India’s economic system and growth from 1950 to 1990. India chose a mixed economy, combining socialism and capitalism. The goals after 1947 included modernization, growth, self-sufficiency, and equality through five-year plans. The government aimed for land reform and a green revolution for food self-sufficiency. While industrial policies contributed to GDP, the public sector had issues. Chapter 3: Liberalisation, Privatisation, and Globalisation

The best part is they don’t use the traditional methods to teach the students where they get bored and get to sleep moreover they have interesting, communicative, interactive class where students enjoy and learn the basics with the video lecture. Despite government efforts, issues persisted in the economy, like increasing imports, declining foreign exchange, and high inflation.
