What are the three basic principles of behaviorism?

The behaviorist or behaviorist approach emphasizes the role of environmental stimuli in determining the way we behave. Learning to change behaviour based on experience (not including changes due to fatigue, injury or exposure to medication) ‚Äď is at the heart of this approach.

The psychodynamic approach (Freud) criticizes behaviorism because it does not consider the influence of the unconscious on behavior, but instead focuses on externally observable behavior.
