Nobody told me this when I was growing up. Nobody told you either. We were both just thrown into a world we never asked for, handed a set of rules we never agreed to, and told to win a game we never chose to play.
I have been thinking about this for a long time. And the more I thought about it the more I realized that most of the stress, most of the anxiety, most of the sleepless nights we all carry come from one simple misunderstanding. We think this life is our responsibility to fix. But nobody even asked us if we wanted it.
What we read is what we become. And if we can all grow in life with each other’s knowledge, let us grow together. This is what I found. And I think you needed to read it too. I have thought about this more than I should. And the more I thought about it, the more one question kept coming back.
Nobody asked you if you wanted to be born. Life is beautiful when you choose to ignore the struggles and enjoy every moment.” ✨❤️
We are born without reason, we suffer without reason, and we die without purpose. The universe doesn’t know we exist and it never cared. We are all visitors to this time, this place. We are just passing through. Our purpose here is to observe, to learn, to grow, to love. And then we return home.

Nobody Asked If You Wanted to Be Born: The Most Disturbing Question About Life Nobody Talks About
Go Back for a Moment
Imagine you are 20 years old today. Close your eyes and go back to when you were 15. Maybe you are playing cricket in the sun with your friends. Maybe you are sitting in class waiting for the lunch period to end.
Now go a little further back. You are 10 years old. You are sitting at home. A cricket match is on TV. You keep looking at the door because you are waiting for your father to come home.
Go further back. You are 5 years old. Maybe you are riding a bicycle for the first time. Maybe you are getting ready for your first day of school.
Now go back one last time. You are in your mother’s womb. Was it dark or was there peace? Do you remember anything from that time?
Probably not.
Now tell me one thing. Did anyone ask you whether you wanted to be born or not? Did anyone ask you which country you wanted to be born in? Which religion? Which family? Which circumstances? Did you decide any of this?
No.
But you were still sent into this world. And now you are expected to study, earn, succeed. And if you fail, somehow that is your fault.
A little strange, is it not?

The Game That Started Without Your Permission
Imagine one day you suddenly wake up in the middle of a giant game. You do not know when this game started. Who made it. What is its goal. What is its purpose. Which level is the last one. But everyone is telling you that you just have to win. You have to be successful. You have to become something.
And if you ask, but when did I choose to play this game? Nobody will answer you. Because the truth is, nobody in this game came here by their own choice and nobody can leave by their own choice. We have all just been placed here.
It is like a lottery of birth. Your entire life is decided by a lottery. Where were you born? If you were born in Norway your life would probably be filled with more luxury. If you were born in Syria you would probably be in the middle of a war right now. If you were born in a rich family you probably would not even know what the word struggle means. And if you were born in a poor family probably survival itself would be your biggest battle.
And the strangest thing? None of this was in your control. Your religion, your language, your family, everything was randomly decided. Like the universe threw a dice and you got trapped inside a story.
But the real game starts after you are born. Because after birth the world starts having expectations from you. Get good marks. Build a good career. Be successful. But nobody asks whether you even want to do all of this. And even if you want to, why? What is the purpose of that life anyway?
You have just been put into a system and you have to win. Nobody knows why. You just have to win.

The Levels of This Game Are Ridiculous
Think about this carefully. Have you ever noticed that when you were small you had no identity? You were just a child. But slowly society started sticking labels on you. Your religion, your nationality, your caste, your status. And slowly you became the person society always wanted you to be.
Sometimes it feels like we are not living our own lives. We are just fulfilling expectations.
And the levels of this game are truly ridiculous. School, then college, then job, then retirement, then finally death. And the most interesting thing is that most people never even question this system. Because since childhood they have been taught that this is what you have to do. And everyone just keeps doing the same things like a herd.

Science Says You Are a Cosmic Accident
Science tells us that your birth is not a miracle. It is a cosmic accident.
13.8 billion years ago an accident happened that we call the Big Bang. From that one explosion the entire universe was created. All the galaxies were created, all the stars were created. And around one of those stars a small planet was created that we call Earth.
But the story does not end there. Because if even one single event in history had changed, you might not exist today. Your parents met, their parents met, their parents met, and this chain goes back thousands of generations. If even one person in this chain had married someone else or never met, you might not exist today. That means your being born is the result of trillions of coincidences.
And the scary thing? You had no control over any of this.
If we look at this from the perspective of science, you are not here for some divine purpose. Actually your life has no purpose at all. You are here because evolution brought you here. This is what is called Natural Selection. This theory was proposed by Charles Darwin. According to this theory, nature does not care whether you are happy or not. Whether you are doing good things or bad things. Nature only wants one thing. Survival.
That is why your brain constantly pushes you to work, to have children. Sometimes it feels like we are not living our own lives. We are just following a biological program. Without any purpose. Just like that.
Your Free Will Might Be an Illusion
And if you think you make all your own decisions, you might be wrong.
Neuroscience says that your brain often makes a decision first and then later you feel like you decided it. Meaning your free will might be an illusion. It does not even exist. Your brain is controlling you. You are not controlling your brain. Or you are not making decisions yourself. You are just justifying the decisions your brain already made.

What If the Whole Universe Is a Simulation
And here comes the most disturbing theory. The Simulation Hypothesis.
According to this idea, the entire universe might be a simulation, like a video game, and we are all just characters in it. Scientists and thinkers who support this theory say that if technology becomes advanced enough, civilizations could create entire simulated universes. So the question is, if this is true, are we actually real? Or are we just characters in someone’s experiment?
But even if we accept that everything is a game, everything is a simulation, that is not the biggest horror.
The biggest scary thing is that maybe we have no purpose in the universe at all. You were born, you will live for some years and then one day everything will end. And the universe will keep moving exactly the same without you.

The Paradox Nobody Has an Answer To
But here comes a very strange paradox.
You did not choose life. Yes, the universe is indifferent. But still you are conscious. You have awareness. You can think. You create meaning. And maybe this is what makes humans completely unique.
We exist in a universe that does not need us at all. But still we keep searching for meaning in it.
If we are truly just a biological accident then why do we have so many questions inside us? And if this is some design then who is the designer? Because if someone truly sent us here, that means somewhere someone is watching us too. And maybe they are waiting for us to understand why we were sent here.
But the real scary question is this. If we were sent here for some purpose, what happens if we never understand what that purpose is?
Then What Is the Point of All This Tension
Look, it is a simple thing.
Nobody asked you whether you wanted to come into this world or not. You were just sent here. And even after that what are we all doing? We are running. We are fighting. We are taking tension. We are losing sleep at night worrying about the future. Like the whole burden of the entire world is placed only on our shoulders.
But think about this. If you were not even asked before you were sent here, do you really need to take every single thing so seriously?
Maybe not.
Maybe this life is not some exam. Maybe it is just an experience. A small presence in a strange universe for some time. Maybe we were not sent here for some mission. Maybe we were sent just to live. To breathe, to laugh, to feel.
Because in the end we are not here forever. We are just guests for some time.

The Only Question That Actually Matters
Pain is part of growing. Everything in life is temporary. Worrying and complaining changes nothing. What is meant to be will eventually be.
You came naked. You will leave naked. You came without anything. You will leave without anything. So why so much hatred, resentment, envy, selfishness and pride? We will all go empty handed. Everything we have earned, we earned here and we will leave it here only.
So maybe the real question is not what your future will be.
The real question is, while you are still here, are you actually living or not?
Life is such a lie, basking in the sunlight, that one thinks they will continue to revel in its joy forever. And death is such a truth, lurking in the shade, staring at life and eagerly waiting. One cannot stay here for long.
So stop explaining yourself to everyone. Stop running from everything. Just do what works for you. Plan for the future but live in the moment.
Because this moment, right now, is the only thing that is actually yours.
