Review: Resting Scrooge Face by Meghan Quinn Free PDF Download: Hello everyone, in this post we will discuss Meghan Quinn’s next book, Resting Scrooge Face: A Short Story, which will be released on November 29, 2022. I’m an absolute sucker for sappy, love-filled Christmas romances. This one hit the mark! I loved every bit of it. It was a quick read but it was just too cute.
Very well done and very much worth the wait! As soon as I woke up, I knew this book was being released and I opened Kindle up right away to read it. It was everything I wanted in a Christmas romance!
It was a cute palate cleanser for sure. A little predictable but cute. The humor was light and it makes me feel like my dislike for eggnog is understood 😂. I would’ve liked a little bit of spice, but I totally understand why it wasn’t completely needed.

1. Review of My team member: After seeing Aaron Shedlock will be narrating the male mc, I preordered the audiobook- I know this will be repeat listen during the holiday season!
As Meghan does time and time again, she delivers a story that has you hooked. Caleb and Nola are a couple you could tell from the start were perfect, even through all the animosity. Even though this is a short story, you get all the feels. Love it!
2. Review of My team member: Resting Scrooge Face was a sweet, fun second chance holiday romance. I could definitely see, and would love to see, this as a made-for-television Christmas movie! It was a delightful, lighthearted, quick read that will make even the scroogiest of scrooges a believer.

3. Review of My team member: This is a super cute short story. This story has “You’ve got Mail” between two former lovers and a couple of sneaky elves that create the pen pal arrangement.
4. Review of My team member: I’m true fashion, the author had me laughing out loud in the first chapter. My only complaint about this book is that it was so short!!!! I hope we get glimpses of these characters in future books!

I felt like it was about time to open the season of holiday reads for this year. And though Resting Scrooge Face by Meghan Quinn didn’t exactly sound like it could hold much cheer, you’d be surprised how much Christmas spirit was packed in this short novella.
Resting Scrooge Face was a cute, charming, well written story about two people about to get a second chance at romance during the Christmas season in one of the most Christmassy small towns. And it was pure Hallmark – fun and endearing, packed with all you need for a solid holiday read.
